I just created this new Hot Twitter Account Adder and Follower - this script does it all folks. I've been using it to create accounts (you have to type the captcha) and then it adds followers. You need a text file (I used one called adjectives.txt) to find followers. It does use sendkeys when it uploads pics which take s over your computer for a second so watch for that but it works like a charm!

Therese, I just tried to access the Twitter Follower file and it's no longer available. Do you have another one you can recommend?
